Turaco Valley Foods is an agro-processing company, working in Uganda to strengthen agricultural value-chains within rural refugee-hosting areas. 'Turaco' operates a maize mill in Rwamwanja Refugee Settlement, sourcing grain from local smallholders who are supported in sustainable production practices and given access to premium prices, and supplying regional wholesalers with quality flour.
