The Family Court Reporting pilot was launched by the President of the Family Division in January 2023.

It aims to work across our family justice system and media sector to support and enable responsible, high quality reporting of public interest cases and themes in order to enhance transparency and accountability within the family justice arena.

After a successful first two years, the pilot is now due to be rolled out to all family courts in England and Wales in early 2025.

Treebeard is providing restricted, multi-year funding to the pilot.
