Sikh Women’s Aid is a community based domestic abuse charity, set up by women from the Sikh community from across the West Midlands.

SWA provides a holistic, frontline service for victims and survivors of domestic abuse, including help to access legal support, counselling, temporary accommodation and understanding rights and options.
SWA also works to tackle the negative impacts of cultural influences, especially where this influence can lead to the exploitation of women and girls in the Sikh and Punjabi communities.

Treebeard is providing unrestricted, multi-year funding to Sikh Women’s Aid.
