Housing and homelessness - and property more broadly - have been areas where we have identified investment opportunities that not only create compelling social return, but also offer a sound return on investment financially. We seek opportunities to invest where the private property and housing sector is working in step with the charity sector to find lasting solutions to what we believe is a broken system.
