Treebeard’s single investment in homelessness is via a homelessness property fund, which works in conjunction with St Mungo’s to help those at risk of homelessness find stable housing. We seek opportunities to invest where the private housing sector is working in step with the charity sector to find lasting solutions to what we believe is a broken system.

Resonance is a social impact investment company, founded in 2002, with funds under management of circa £200m, across a range of funds that deal with some of the biggest issues facing society. The largest of these funds are the Homelessness Property Funds, that help people who are at risk of homelessness become more independent, linking stable housing to a positive development in other parts of their lives, for example gaining employment. These funds are operated in conjunction with leading homelessness charity St. Mungo’s. For more about resonance click here.
